Coolcene was established in 1979 by the husband and wife team of Allan & Cheryl Grieve. By 1985, business had grown to six employees supplying and servicing all aspects of the air conditioning and refrigeration industry, and completing contracts all over N.S.W.
By 2005 “Coolcene N.S.W” had grown to a full time staff of 18. About this time Allan sold the business to two of his son’s; Jamie & Scott. Renaming to “Coolcene Air Conditioning” they’ve maintained the family operation to this day.
Coolcene specialise in the design and installation of air conditioning and mechanical ventilation systems for homes, commercial premises and multi storey buildings. Coolcene also boasts an expert service and maintenance division.
Just as in 1979, Coolcene’s business model still relies on the solid family values of honesty, integrity and customer service, attributes that have maintained success into the modern era.
A qualified Air Conditioning & Refrigeration mechanic, Scott has over 20 years industry experience. Specialising in domestic applications, Scott will design the perfect system for your family home or small residential development.
With more than 20 years experience in the industry Jamie is Coolcene’s main estimator in its commercial division. Jamie designs complete systems for new developments, as well as working with clients to satisfy specialised needs.
A qualified Electrician, Dean is has worked for Coolcene for 13 years. Drawing from 25 years of experience Dean controls the daily operation of the installation division, ensuring that all clients have a positive experience with Coolcene Air Conditioning.
Nigel is a qualified Air Conditioning & Refrigeration mechanic with over 25 years experience. Nigel is responsible for the service and maintenance division and has the necessary technical knowledge to ensure even the most difficult problem is overcome.
